Erica is the Director of Wealth Management in Choreo's Charlotte, NC office. With 20+ years of experience, she is dedicated to helping advisors deliver exceptional client service and guide clients through complex financial and business challenges.
Before joining Choreo, Erica spent nearly 21 years at RSM US LLP, where she held multiple roles specializing in tax compliance and provided estate and gift planning, financial planning, and wealth management solutions.
Erica leverages her deep expertise in tax, family education, estate and gift planning to serve ultra-high-net-worth clients, families and businesses. she works closely with clients to understand their vision for their financial future and personal goals and helps advisors develop tax-efficient strategies tailored to their needs. Beyond her client work, she is passionate about mentoring team members and fostering their professional growth.
A dedicated professional, Erica holds the IRS Enrolled Agent designation. When she is not working, Erica spends her time volunteering at various organizations within her community, reading, and traveling with her family.
