Bill and his team understand the challenges that come with building and preserving wealth. Since 2002, Bill DeMar has worked with families who have built their wealth as real estate entrepreneurs, mid-sized business owners, and entrepreneurial-minded executives. Prior to joining Choreo, Bill co-founded Enso Wealth Management firm (now part of the Choreo family). He and his partner Joanna Aiken, primarily provide advisory services to accredited investors and high-net-worth individuals, often assuming the role of a family’s trusted advisor so they can focus their attention on the other aspects of their life that bring them fulfillment. 

As part of his tenure evolution, his practice is built to deliver a “virtual” multifamily office service model for affluent families primarily in Northern Nevada and the Bay Area. Bill and his team focus on impactful strategies tied to wealth enhancement, wealth transfer, wealth protection and charitable giving. 

Outside of the office, Bill is an avid cook who enjoys wine, any outdoor activity, and can be found spending quality time with his wife and two sons. He coaches youth sports in the Northern Nevada Community and supports community organizations such as the California Waterfowl Association, Sky Tavern, The Nevada Chukar Foundation, and the Wild Sheep Foundation.
